1. Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in time: From 2:00 PM (14:00).
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Note: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to the resort's room availability at the time and may incur additional charges as per An Hideaway's policy.
2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
- All reservations are officially confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (typically 50% or 100% of the total room rate, depending on the chosen package and booking period).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways supported by An Hideaway.
3. Children and Surcharge Policy
- Children under 6 years old: Free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents (maximum 01 child per room).
- Children from 6 to under 12 years old: A surcharge for breakfast and bed-sharing applies, or an Extra Bed is mandatory, depending on the room type.
- Children aged 12 and above: Considered as adults; an Extra Bed is mandatory.
4. Identification Requirements: Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to present a valid Passport or National ID card that matches the registered booking information.
