Can I invite friends or family to visit during my stay?
Yes, you are welcome to receive visitors. Visiting guests are permitted in guest rooms until 10:00 PM. Stay beyond 10:00 PM is subject to an additional fee in accordance with resort policy. Visitors are kindly requested to register at the Front Desk and present a valid photo ID, which will be returned upon departure.
Does the resort offer transfer services?
An Hideaway Resort does not currently offer a shuttle service. Our team is happy to assist you with information regarding transportation, routes, and convenient travel options to the resort.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
An Hideaway Resort maintains a non-smoking policy within guest rooms to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment. Guests wishing to smoke are kindly requested to use the designated smoking areas located within the resort grounds.
