2. Right to refuse service An Hideaway reserves the right to refuse service or require guests to leave the resort (without a refund) in the following cases:
- Guests seriously violate resort rules or Vietnamese law.
- Guests display disorderly behavior or threaten the safety of staff and other staying guests.
3. Intellectual Property Rights All content, images, videos, and logos on the website are the property of An Hideaway. Copying or using them for commercial purposes without our written consent constitutes a violation of the law.
