Can I invite friends or family to visit during my stay?
Yes, you are welcome to receive visitors. Visiting guests are permitted in guest rooms until 10:00 PM. Stay beyond 10:00 PM is subject to an additional fee in accordance with resort policy. Visitors are kindly requested to register at the Front Desk and present a valid photo ID, which will be returned upon departure.
Does the resort offer transfer services?
An Hideaway Resort does not currently offer a dedicated transfer service. However, our team is delighted to assist you with route information, transport options, and directions for a smooth journey to the resort.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
To maintain a fresh and serene retreat environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are thoughtfully provided throughout the resort grounds.
