We understand that travel plans can change. Below is the general cancellation and modification policy at An Hideaway:
1. Cancellation Policy (Standard Season)
- Cancellation more than 14 days prior to check-in: Free of charge. Deposits will be fully refunded or retained as credit for future stays.
- Cancellation between 7 to 14 days prior to check-in: A penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking value will apply.
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in or No-Show: A penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will apply.
- (Bookings made for Public Holidays, Festive Seasons, or Peak Periods may be subject to a strict Non-Refundable policy. Our staff will inform you clearly during the reservation process.)
2. Modification Policy
- Any requests to change stay dates must be submitted at least 7 days prior to check-in and are subject to room availability.
- If the room rate for the new stay period is higher, guests are required to pay the difference. If the new rate is lower, the resort will not refund the difference.
3. Force Majeure In cases of Force Majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, or official government restrictions) that prevent guests from traveling, An Hideaway will assist in holding the booking value as credit for a future stay (the credit validity period will be subject to the resort's terms at that time).
