Below is the general cancellation and modification policy at An Hideaway:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Cancellation Policy (Standard Season)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation more than 14 days<\/strong> prior to check-in: Free of charge. Deposits will be fully refunded or retained as credit for future stays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation between 7 to 14 days<\/strong> prior to check-in: A penalty fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking value will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation within 7 days<\/strong> prior to check-in or No-Show: A penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>(Bookings made for Public Holidays, Festive Seasons, or Peak Periods may be subject to a strict Non-Refundable policy. Our staff will inform you clearly during the reservation process.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Modification Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Any requests to change stay dates must be submitted at least <strong>7 days<\/strong> prior to check-in and are subject to room availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the room rate for the new stay period is higher, guests are required to pay the difference. If the new rate is lower, the resort will not refund the difference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
